The property boasts an excellent location, situated on a slope in the center of Rivisondoli, yet still quiet and traffic-calmed. Surrounded by nature, you are just 1 km from the edge of the forest and 3 km from the Roccaraso skiing area. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the nearby Monte Calvario (4 km) and the Rivisondoli-Pescocostanzo trail (3 km).

The apartment was partially renovated in 2018 and features practical and wooden furniture furnishings.
