Ainsi, il fallait faire la file à 7:30 ! En terminant je me suis fait voler 3 fois pendant mon séjour de 7 jrs ( sac de plage avec contenu, bouteille d’eau de métal et mon parfum). Clairement un ou qq membres du personnel qui vole 😏 Mon parfum a été la goutte qui m’a fait déborder / vol dans ma chambre! Selon le gestionnaire de clientèle, c’est très rare. Toutefois à la fin de notre séjour, nous nous sommes rendus compte que plusieurs clients avaient été aussi victimes de vols! Malheureusement mauvaise expérience dans ce resort et services à la clientèle après les vols/ ordinaire…aucune compensation d’une certaine façon pour te démontrer que le client est important pour eux!"
