The stay was great. Property was as expected. Beach is protected land so water not as blue as i would have liked but we did a catamaran to the island and it made up for it. Overall great stay for a quick getaway. Properties pools were nice.

The resort is beautiful and very well maintained. The moment we walked in we were greeted and our drink order taken and pina colada's brought to us while we waited to check in (which too k a very long time). We had a lovely room with ocean views and every morning we watched the sunrise from our balcony and listened to the birds singing. You could hear the ocean waves, if up early. The AC in our room seemed to have difficulty keeping up at times but it was sufficient. Our room was cleaned daily and the mini-fridge restocked with beverages. The pools were crystal clear and enjoyable. We met lots of new people at this pool. Our favorite one was the swim up bar, which has the best bartenders. Honestly, all service, by every individual we encountered was phenomenal! We enjoyed the many food options and the varying choices. The daily buffet reminded us of the Vegas buffets. Food for days! We weren’t there long enough to even try all the restaurants. We went to Sinsai (hibachi), where we celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday dinner. The other we tried was Marina, (Brazilian steakhouse) both were delicious and again, service at the buffets and restaurants were top-notch!! The only disappointment was finding out the game room, was for kids only. We adults enjoy playing pool and foosball! Overall, an excellent all-inclusive resort experience and we look forward to returning!

The staff were very friendly. The pools were clean. The food at the buffet was adequate. The food at the a la carte restaurants was amazing. I really liked the fact that there was a coffee shop on site.

The place was excellent a little dated but didn't matter. The Expedia web site says there are 4 pools which there are but one pool is for Privilege class people and a kids pool, the swim up bar you couldn't get near and loud music. Otherwise enjoyable stay

The property is very nice. Entertainment was good. Food was average. Staff was very nice and responsive. Only thing we has to call twice for them to restock our minibar. Other than that. This place was nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Coral and Turquesa. We had an ocean view room, which was lovely. The pools at the resort were great, lots of variety to have either a more relaxing experience or let loose. The beach is also lovely and we swam in the ocean everyday. The dining options were endless, the buffet had so much variety and it was so nice to have the cafe on site, as well as the lobby bar during the day and in the evening. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Every exchange with any of the resort employees was awesome. The resort is older and is showing its age in small ways, but overall everything was clean, we felt safe, and would recommend it!

I think this is the nicest all inclusive I have stayed in. My big complaint was I got stuck doing a 3 hour basically time sales pitch. I told them no at least 10 times. Its interesting how nice everyone was until I told them no. It seemed as if I had the plague afterwards. I am not sure I would go back based on that experience. It was very upsetting.

Me and my 8 year old daughter loved this resort! Gorgeous beach, nice pools, good food and entertainment. It’s spacious, but not too big to walk around with a child, very convenient. Staff very friendly, crowd very nice from all over the world. We loved it here very much. Excellente 😀

A friend and I stayed at this property over spring break. We had a great time at the main pool during the day, the staff was friendly, and the grounds were clean. The only complaint we had was the food was not the best. Overall we had a nice time and would return again.

Building had 3 elevators. 3 days none worked 2 days it was intermittent working. We were on 3rd floor and handicapped. Asking to be moved to 1st floor could not happen until night before we were leaving. No fun spending vacation in room because you cannot walk 3 flights of stairs. On the flip side food was better than any other all inclusive we stayed at over years. Also very costly to get taxi to remote area plus cost $100 one way

One aspect that needs improvement is the buffet option. There was always a line waiting outside of 15-25 people. You had to wait for the staff member to write down your room number and if you had any food allergies and then take you to an available table. The staff member would then go back to the entrance and repeat the process with the next person. This makes the whole process cumbersome and slow. They should either have 2 people doing this or not doing it at all. The buffet area was rather small for the amount of people staying in the hotel. It should be bigger. The staff were always amazing, nice, respectful, and with a great attitude.

The staff were wonderful, the property was clean and safe. Beach and pools were great. Buffet food mediocre. Coffee shop delicious and quick. Hotel offered kayaks and a bike tour- both were unavailable at the times we were at the resort which was a bummer. I would go back!

We took a girls trip here. Two moms and two girls, 13 and 9. We had the most relaxing week. The facilities were well maintained, the food options were good. Was the food the best we’ve had, no, but it was good considering the price point and value of the resort. Our girls participated in all of their pool activities at the non party pool. Fernando from the entertainment crew was the best person we met all week. He took the time to learn their names and didn’t forget about them all week inviting them to join in on the games. He was the best!!! The bartender Alejandro at the Marina pool bar was also amazing and so friendly. For sure made the best drinks and always had a positive attitude. I would say all of the servers were happy too. That all added to a great trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful Spring break trip here, could not recommend highly enough! Everyone is so friendly and helpful, pool area is lovely and the proximity to the beach is great. Our favorite dining experience was definitely Sensai, though found all of the places we ate to be good. My only complaint is that we didn't stay long enough to eat at every restaurant! We are already planning to come back :)

Property was very clean and well maintained. To be fair our room was very clean, but dated. The AC was adequate. It's very humid in mexico so do your part in keeping your room door, and patio door closed. If not you will have issues regulating your room temperature. The property is beautiful, and very clean as well. The resteraunts are good, some are better than others. Casa Del Mar is the Buffett, it's great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Definitely make reservations at Sensai for dinner durring your stay. This is by far the best meal we had durring our visit. Reservations are required for Ritratto D' Italia, it was ok not the best Italion place I have had. The portions are very small. Route 66 was a walk in dining option. It was not great in my opinion. You can get a better burger at, Villa Marina. The Villa Marina is located by the pool. The food is fantastic! Make a reservation for dinner as well you will not ne disappointed. It's a Brazilian style meal, as they bring several meat skewers right to your table. Mike's coffee shop, and the ice cream parlor are great as well. Be sure to get your pool towel cards at the front desk, you will need them to get your towels before going to the pool. Be sure to return your towel to get your card back. You can put your towels down early to reserve your pool seating. On a side note tipping is optional, but it will go a long way when it comes to service. So take care of the staff! Room, food, beverage, photo, bags.

Let’s start out by saying this was my second visit to this resort. The Impeccable service and hospitality of the staff is always the best and enjoyable. The rooms are spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. They upgraded our room at no cost and let me tell you the location was absolutely perfect. The service at the bars was amazing!!! Gustavo made sure that our cups were never empty. He just kept them drinks, shot etc coming. Him and his crew at the chillout bar and pool did an amazing job at ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

Food is amazing, quite impressive actually. Staff is great for the most part. Need much more staff in lobby, guest services and bellboys. They are overworked and it's difficult to get assistance when needed because of line ups or unavailability. Road that leads up to the hotel is very bumpy and needs repair. Creates headaches and nausea every time we leave and come back. Otherwise we would recommend this hotel for food, amenities and nice staff.
