Easy arrival from Verona, better with GPS, beautiful Country Italian House, nicely decorated, nice different options of rooms and layouts. Great gardens around the hotel and pool. Easy acces to Mira-Mirano train station, just 2.5 euros away from Venecia Santa Lucia station, very convenient location. My room was a bit warm because A/C did not work, but nothing to die for, weather was good.

This hotel is about 400m from the bus route from Venice to Padua, and in a quiet position. The staff speak English and were very helpful. Serve yourself breakfast, including the coffee, I worked out that a shot of expresso and the hot water (for tea) produced a decent coffee. However, my room (105) had a small en-suite, if you are larger than size 14, I think that you would struggle. Otherwise a decent hotel for half the price of Venitian hotels.
There is a decent restaurant next door, the chef is young but produces excellent food.
Connecting Padua with the Venetian Lagoon, the picturesque Riviera del Brenta stretches from Stra to Fusina and is dotted with beautiful mansions built along its banks by the Venetian nobility of the last century. Take a cruise along the river and visit some of these villas, including the stunning Villa Pisani Museo Nazionale, built in the 18th century and once owned by Napoleon Bonaparte.
