The only downfall was our hot water was not working properly. It was very intermittent and if it were to get warm, it would take 10 to 15 minutes to heat up and that was just lukewarm. We did contact the front desk about it. They sent maintenance up and it kind of helped not really. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet.
