"Beautiful historic property. Our room overlooked the pool and was pretty spacious although the bathroom is a little dated. They have a very nice pool and Jacuzzi area several eating options and a generally laid-back atmosphere in a grand hotel that’s been around many years."

"Expedia needs to let customers know, **when booking this hotel, not 2 days later** that a parking structure is being built behind the property, eliminating current onsite parking. Offsite, and valet are avaliable but the cost is obscene. I love this hotel and downtown Riverside, but parking situation has long been an annoyance. Comfortable rooms, great staff, clean surroundings. "

"Not right to mandate extra funds to use their parking lot. My reservation for the room means they are obligated to let me use the parking lot of the hotel I just paid for. This is gouging. There is no other immediate parking. Not even on this street. So you are cornered in to paying extra money "

"everything was amazing . the only thing was that the blinds were broken so we weren't able to look outside the window and check out the beautiful view . other than that everything was amazing . "

"Had a great stay, only complaint was the tiny pool towels and when we asked for additional towels to shower, we were given the small pool towels. But the room was nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and parking area was easy and near the room we were assigned to. "
