Set on a quiet waterfront street this stunning new construction property offers the perfect retreat. Located in the desirable Peconic Bay part of Southampton town between Hamptons' famous beaches and North Fork's wine coutry. The location is perfect for a quiet vacations yet a short drive to water park, aquarium, Tanger outlets, restaurants, wineries, breweries, golf courses and farms with localy grown produce and family activities.  
This stunning 4 bed, 3 Bath has been carefully crafted and decorated to the highest of standards.  
The entry level features a very large open plan kitchen, dining and living room, all with breath-taking water views, one bedroom, full bath and an additional bonus room with tv that could serve as an extra sleeping area, den or an excercising space. Upstairs consists of two spacious and well appointed bedrooms, a full bath and a magnificent master suite with stunning water views from every angle and a perfect area for remote work or study. The bonus loft room offers breathtaking views of the bay in addition to providing a great space for watching tv or playing. It has a Foosball table and lots of boardgames, puzzles, blocks and toys making it a trully vacation spot to spend time with friends and family at all ages.   
The front porch is a perfect place to have a morning coffee overlooking the bay or a glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset.   
The deck has a dining table and a gas grill with a view of canal where you can enjoy watching the boats.  
The private boat dock with water and electric is great to bring your boat with you. Kayaks available for use and a private beach area just steps away from the house make this the perfect East End Escape.
