"We loved absolutely everything about our experience here. The property was stunning and cozy. The beds and couch were some of the comfiest places you have ever been, the hosts were so accommodating, the neighborhood is so cute. It was so relaxing to take the kayaks out and we even found a small beach to hang at. We would definitely come back here again! "

"We stayed the weekend for magfest, it was in a nice location about 10 minutes from the convention hall in a quite area away from traffic. The host was excellent in making sure we had everything we needed and understood expectations with check in/check out and where linens were located as needed. Everything was great, couldn't have asked for a much better place to stay the weekend. "

"House is located in a great area. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance, it was very easy to meet all of my families needs and get around the city by uber or scooter. "

"We did not stay. Days before my husband broke his ankle. This property is not suitable for a man on crutches. Although advised of the situation the owner of the property has refused to refund our money including the damage deposit. Not acceptable!"

"Came to DC on impromptu trip to see the monuments. Owner was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We were able to walk to everything but also had the option to use the city bike system with a rental unit right across the street. Will book again!"
