« The property was clean and just as represented in the pictures and the description. Check in and check out were easy and efficient. Host communication was excellent. I have stayed in other Evolve properties and they were all excellent! »

« We chose this property because it was on the water and close to relatives. It was clean and as pictured with a surprise extra room! The location is quite a way off the beaten path so one needs to go prepared with necessary food items. The store on the property is great for ice cream and a few snacks. We enjoyed spending time with family and boating to Washington one day for lunch. The staff is WONDERFUL!! »

« Great location close to the wedding we were attending. Close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. »

« For once a brochure did not do a property justice. Had six adults and three small children stay with plenty of room for everyone. The view was beautiful, the dock very nice (about 4 feet of water toward the end), and the house itself just perfect. We will definitely return since the area was peaceful and just what we were looking for. We are going to miss our morning coffee on the back porch! »

« The owners have done amazing work on this property. This was a very comfortable older home. Everything was nice and clean and well cared for. The kitchen had really nice dishes and equipment, which is not always the case with short term rentals. Don't even get me started about the sheets, I took a picture of the tag because I need them in my life!!! I would absolutely stay here again. My only regret is we did not have more time to explore the downtown area of Washington. »

« The house and property were absolutely beautiful - exactly the way it was portrayed online. I like to make breakfast on our family trips and the kitchen was fully equpped imo. The only thing missing was drinking water but luckliy we brought a case of bottled water. The house is in remote location in a quiet neighborhood. It's a perfect getaway from city life. We were 5 mintues from the Aurora Ferry. We took advantage of that and got to see Bath, Bellhaven and Washington across the Pamlico...

« This home was perfect for my family visiting for a wedding at the Cotton Barn. It was convenient to shopping and the venue. The house was stocked with all the essentials and very comfortable. Check out was a breeze and we weren’t required to do much before we left! Communicating with the host was quick and she was very accommodating. »

« Historic home within walking distance of downtown Washington NC. Guests have upstairs. Plenty of privacy. Owner is responsive and easy. House is updated with modern bathroom. Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of chairs for reading. A separate living room with a small fridge, microwave and Kuerig. I discovered English breakfast tea. Multiple tv,s.
