Quietly located on the 7th and top floor (with a lift) of a modern apartment building, this spacious air-conditioned apartment provides the ideal base for a relaxing getaway in the picturesque town of Riva del Garda.  
  
The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and benefits from two private balconies: one overlooks Lake Garda, the historic tower, the surrounding mountains, and the rooftops of Riva del Garda; the other faces the majestic Arco Castle. A bistro table and chairs provides the perfect alfresco spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif.  
  
Inside, guests will find a spacious open-plan living room furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is fitted with a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, an American-style coffee maker, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge freezer.

The property is located on the northern tip of Lake Garda, a short 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Riva del Garda, where guests can browse the quaint boutiques and find historic landmarks, including the Apponale Tower and MAG-Museo Alto Garda, a medieval castle with archaeological displays and paintings (a 30-minute walk). Sun seekers can head to Spiaggia Riva del Garda and Spiaggia Sabbioni (both a 5-minute drive).  
  
Adventurers can take the 2-hour Monte Brione trail through the olive groves, explore lakeside cycle routes or enjoy paddle boarding opportunities, swimming, and boating on the lake. There are also hiking areas like Sentiero del Ponale and Tagliata del Ponale, both a 5-minute drive from the apartment. Golf enthusiasts can find Altogarda Golf a 3-minute drive away. For rock climbers, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco and its medieval castle are an 8-minute drive. Further afield, guests can visit Trento (a 40-minute drive), the home of Trentodoc, one of the best sparkling wines in Italy.  
  
The closest restaurant is a 5-minute walk and there are several supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. For the finest local produce, the town’s weekly farmers’ market takes place every Friday morning on Viale Roma (a 15-minute walk / 5-minute drive) from 8 am to 1.30 pm.  
  
The nearest international airport is Valerio Catullo, Verona (VRN), a 1-hour drive away.

#### Amazing apartment with insane views

Beautiful apartment, everything you could need and more. AC is super powerful and in every room. Grocery stores two blocks away and About a 15 min walk to old town. My only suggestion would be to have a wall mount to hang the second bathrooms shower head so both rooms can used as a shower. I also did not have a car so pickup and key drop off was a minor in conscience going into town. If you have a car it’s super easy and takes a min extra to do.
