The complex offers communal covered parking and is conveniently located near public parking just 50 meters away. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a wealth of activities, including golf (18-hole course 1 km away), surf and sailing schools (2 km), tennis (2 km), minigolf (3 km), walking paths from the house, a cycle lane (50 m), and a children's playground (2 km).

You will stay in a spacious and bright 3-room apartment measuring 80 square meters, located on the ground floor. The apartment features a modern and cozy furnishing style. Upon entering, you will find an entrance hall with a bathroom, hand basin, and separate toilet. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed, dining table, and TV, and it provides direct access to the garden. There is one room with two beds and an exit to the garden. Additionally, a double bedroom with a TV and an exit to the garden is included.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features a small, open kitchen with a dishwasher, five induction hot plates, a kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and a pizza oven. Air conditioning and floor heating are available for your convenience. Outside, you can enjoy a large 200 square meter garden with a south and east facing position. Terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs (2), and a sitting area are provided for outdoor relaxation. You can also appreciate a partial view of the mountains.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers additional facilities to enhance your stay, including a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Garage space number 7 is available on the property.
