Not sure what their roles were. One person spoke English. Difficult to communicate requests. The other staff were a bit stand offish, never engaging or smiling. Made for a bit of discomfort. I don't think the rooms/tent are hardly ever cleaned out. Bottled water in the tents on arrival were never replaced after the first day. Trash never emptied during our stay. Felt a bit like being in the twilight zone. It slightly felt like I was imposing on someone's space. A must place to visit in a secluded area of Morocco.
