It's a getaway of rustic charm and contemporary comforts! Cabin #2 - Sunrise Vista is located on the edge of our wildflower meadow and has a gorgeous view of the Green Mountains' Bread Loaf Range. Living up to its name, Sunrise Vista offers a glorious way to start your day while watching the first rays of sun brighten the Green Mountains. The cabin's screened back porch has a wonderful combination of woodland, meadow, and mountain views. And the inside of the cabin is just as pleasing. Each bedroom has comfy beds and charming quilts. The living room offers a futon, gas fireplace and Swedish nook that's just SO perfect for curling up by day or stretching out at night. Settle in with a good book, take a nap, or gaze at the mountains through a custom peek-a-boo window. This cabin also offers a fully equipped kitchen and a 12' x 16' screened back porch - lots of room for those who love outdoor living space. In our common area, a.k.a. The Loft, you'll have access to DVD's, books, games, TV, exercise equipment, trail maps/guides and area information. We also invite you to explore and enjoy our trails, campfire pit, berry bushes, raised strawberry beds, frog pond and sledding hill. After a day of exploring, our outdoor hot tub overlooking the Green Mountains soothes your tired muscles and is open 24x7. Complimentary laundry facilities, just a short walk from your cabin, are always accessible. In addition: \- Free wi-fi is available in your cabin and common areas. \- Firewood is complimentary and plentiful. \- Charcoal grills are located at each cabin \- Complimentary snowshoes and sleds are available in a variety of sizes and styles. The cabins are also just a short drive from the beautiful village of Middlebury (listed on the National Register of Historic Places) - home to Middlebury College. The college's downtown and Bread Loaf campuses are both less than 10 miles away. And the town has something for everybody - museums, historic sites, restaurants, music, art, shopping, Tasting Trail, hiking trails and more. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby trails, ski centers, rivers and lakes offer an abundance of fun recreational opportunities throughout the year.
