Clean and comfortable with an amazing view. The host was extremely gracious and assisted us with reservations to restaurants and answered all of our questions. Well located near the rain station but not far from center of the town.

A great room with a view.
A beautiful view, and wonderfully located if you can appreciate a small balcony that overlooks the local Riomaggiore train station. As long as you are flexible to appreciate the sounds of the trains, and the announcements...but its a trade off with the great location, room and views!

What wonderful place to stay. Elizabeth and Rebecca were very helpful and friendly. The view from our room was breathtaking. Room was comfortable and well kept.

Loved our visit! You cannot beat this view. The room is right above the train station, so it’s convenient. The host was wonderful. She stayed in touch with us, made us dinner reservations, and was so helpful. Yes, the shower is small, there are stairs, and the bed might be a little stiff, but you can’t beat this view and location! I’ll definitely be back.

The owner was helpful and very accomadating. It made such a difference to know someone was there to lend a hand if needed. There was a mini fridge with fresh water, coffee, and snacks. The view from the room was breathtaking. You have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. There is an elevator close to the property that helps reach the main level of the town for E1. Once you navigate that, you are a short walking distance to town and very close to the train station, so the location is fabulous. The lock system on the unit doors is a little tricky, but that is part of the charm of the experience. It is very close to hiking paths. I would highly recommend this stay to those that do not have mobility issues and can navigate stairs. I will be back!

The host was welcoming, the room was clean and modern and the property is extremely close to the train station. After a few long days of traveling and hiking, the location was particularly amazing. Wish the shower was a bit bigger.

The owners were fantastic. Very attentive. They offered to arrange parking for me which I did not need. They stayed late to check my wife and I in. Elizabeth even helped nurse my wife back to good health. The property is super convenient as it is an easy elevator ride up from the train station.

This place was great. We had the best view in the city with a patio opening up right onto the beautiful Mediterranean Sea! The view was so great we even brought food back to our hotel rather than eat at an ocean side restaurant. The owner was super nice and inviting, the bed was comfortable and shower/bathroom were great. It is located very close to the heart of the town. My wife and I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Riomaggiore!

We were given 'the best room' by our wonderful hostess Elizabeth. Just as you see in this photo, the glass doors open onto a private balcony overlooking the crashing surf far below. Saw a beautiful sunset from there. The only drawback to this property is it takes many uphill steps to get there. It is a lovely place.

This was a great place for us to stay. Our host was so gracious that she let us leave our luggage over night as we hiked the Cinque Terre. Close to the train and a bit away from the bustle of the centre of town.

I stayed here for two nights and had such a great experience! The room is clean, bright, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and it's a great place to watch the sunset! The guest house is also very conveniently located- it's only a few minutes walk down the hill to the train station, and quick access to the other villages in Cinque Terre. Elisabeth was a great host - she stopped by every morning to make sure I had everything I needed. I stayed here during my birthday, and so she even gifted me a nice bottle of wine the day of! Thanks for your great hospitality Elisabeth :)

The hotel is next to the train station, less than 10 minutes by walk. The host was great, give us all needed information. The room was a clean and comfortable bed. From the hotel, you can walk to the city center and attractions.

The place is amazing. Clean, comfortable, quiet and close to train station. Elisabeth is super nice and friendly. She even picked us up at the train station. We booked the ocean view room 9 months ahead, and I am highly recommend it.

location was perfect. on bluff overlooking Riomaggio train station. (away from main city which was always active) everything great except the shower. small cramped. hostess was great. get the room facing the sea if you can.

Elizabeth was so pleasant and nice! We really appreciated her welcoming us with such kindness. Her place had air conditioning, which was amazing to have in July's heat. There was a beautiful view from the balcony just outside our room, where we were able to enjoy a couple of our meals. Elizabeth even provided my husband and me some prosecco because it was our honeymoon! She was so nice!

Very happy with choice.
Riomaggiore not as crowded as Vernazza or Monterossa on Cinque Terre coast in July. Beautiful view from small terrace & lovely welcome gift of Prosecco made stay special.

Elizabeth was beautiful, she was so welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and tidied daily. The location is great, a short 10 minute walk into town, and very close to the train station. I would absolutely stay again.

Riomaggiore
The accommodations were up hill from the train station and the owner met us to get to her place. She was very upbeat and helpful in making arrangements for us to visit the surrounding villages. Cinque Terre is well worth the visit.

Relaxing stay overlooking sea
My partner and I stayed here for a couple of nights and it was beautiful! Our room had a balcony that overlooked the water which was great for evenings for wine and sunsets. The room was clean and the hotel was located in a very good area - close to the train station and less than a 10 minute walk from the marina. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and unfortunately the wifi didn’t seem to work - not deal breakers at all. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Overpriced
The B&B is basically a room on the lower floor of the landladies apartment. There are 3 rooms and none are soundproofed so you can hear everyone else. It is also noisy from the trains with the train station directly below. There was a damaged fridge in the room which was so noisy we had to turn it off. The shower cubicle is cheap plastic . There are signs everywhere telling you what you can’t do and the landlady insisted on inspecting the room 4 times over 2 days. On the last day check out was 10 but she knocked on the door at 9 asking us when we were leaving. There was no milk provided to make coffee and the soap was so cheap it fell apart in your hands. We did a tour of Italy and stayed in much better places at far less cost

Best location in ,cinque terrre, very close to Riomaggiore station so easy for carrying luggage . Lovely and quiet as in residential area not Main Street. Simple room but nothing lacking

Don’t Overthink This - Just Book It
The Sol Levante is an excellent choice. Centrally located, clean and has great views. Elisabeth is really helpful and kind. The only negative I would have is that the WiFi coverage is spotty. Definitely not the worst thing in the world.

Close to everywhere
Excellent accomodation close to shops, restaurants and transport. Elisabeth was an excellent host who made sure our stsy was a memorable one. I would stay here again and I recommend it!

Please do your research before coming here. The area is difficult to get around. This is a guest house not a typical hotel. The location is very quiet. Check out is at 10 o'clock in the morning. We arrived late but made accommodations for us to get in our room.

Decent place at reasonable price
This is not a hotel experience so you maybe disappointed if that's what you expect. A modest sized room with a small bathroom and a tiny shower. But you don't want to spend your time in your room in the Cinque Terre anyway. It's clean, well maintained, not too far from the train and fine after a day of hiking the hills. A short walk (uphill, both ways, I swear!) to restaurants and plenty of shops. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Fabulous view!
We had a very difficult time finding the guest house initially. The elevators were not working, and street signs were not apparent. We needed a local man to walk with us and point out the way. The first night we went hungry because restaurants were closed. Little did we know that they re-open about 7:30. Little eateries closed up when it rained. Be aware that the steps can be very slippery, and they are not very well lit at night. The area is charming and beautiful! There are walking short cuts if you explore, and the trails are gorgeous.
