"This room was amazing! Check in was easy and following the instructions got us to the property. The staff was available via WhatsApp messaging and answers all questions promptly. "This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. "Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception. I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend"

"We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"

"We had an amazing stay in one of the three street level suites. The terrace offers incredible views. The suite was fantastic, new, clean and fresh. The service was excellent. Be prepared to travel by car, bus or taxi to Riomaggiore as it is a 10 minute trip to town. If you are without a car, don't count on a taxi. There is only one in the area. The bus stop is close, and altough the bus does come regulalry/hourly, for some it could be a challenging factor relying on the bus. Overall, a wonderful hotel. Also, check out the restaurant/bar 290m down the road. Worth the busy road walk! "
