The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services as well as a fan. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.  
  
The property is located near the beach, and public transport connections are easily accessible on foot. One pet is allowed. Smoking and organizing parties or events are not permitted.
