Modern two-room apartment, offers 60 bright and well-kept square meters, with an incredible sea view that will accompany your holiday days in the oldest village on the island, Rio Marina.  
The town recalls its medieval essence, with its narrow alleys and stairways that open onto breathtaking views.  
For lovers of outdoor activities, the route to reach the oldest fortification on the island, the Volterraio castle, located on a hill over 390 meters high, offers its visitors an unforgettable view.  
From here you can comfortably explore the northern side of the island, which hosts the famous white pebble beaches of Le Ghiaie, but especially the more rustic side of the island, which from Rio reaches up to Cavo, with its countless inlets and panoramic points .

The modern Oasi two-room apartment offers 60 bright and well-kept square meters, with an incredible sea view that will accompany your holiday days in the oldest village on the island, Rio Marina.  
  
The on bed-room apartment can accommodate up to 2/4 beds, for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.  
The apartment is accessed from a terrace with a coffee table. Inside you will have a bright living room with a panoramic view with a sofa bed (comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children) and a TV, a kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave.  
The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom and bathroom with shower, washing machine and bidet. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning.  
There are free, unassigned parking spaces available near the apartment where you can park comfortably if available.
