We offer our customers some nice apartments in Nisportino. A structure immersed in a wonderful landscape of Mediterranean scrub, within a private estate of 15,000 square meters. In a panoramic position near the sea, the apartments are about 350 meters from the free beach made up of gravel and pebbles, reachable both on foot and by car, an ideal destination for lovers of snorkelling, diving and boat trips. It is a place full of charm and suggestion, ideal for those who want to enjoy a holiday in absolute tranquillity, rediscovering a wild and uncontaminated stretch of coast. Being a cove, the wind does not stir the sea and remains a table. The bar/restaurant on the beach is an excellent base both for aperitifs and for swimming (from which to enjoy unique sunsets!). The water is wonderful and very colorful (it is no coincidence that it is one of the beaches of the Costa che Brilla), through the panoramic route (looking at the sea on the right) you can get to a point where you can admire the bay from above.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.  
We offer our customers some nice apartments in Nisportino.  
  
Small house for 3 people – 45 sqm + large terrace with sea view and garden  
Apartment in a residential complex, consisting of a living room with spacious kitchen, single bed and sofa, digital TV, a triple bedroom (double bed plus single bed), and a bathroom with shower.  
Large sea-view terrace for outdoor dining and a covered veranda, plus a garden equipped with an outdoor shower and foot rinse.  
  
Internal services in the property:  
Induction stove; TV; refrigerator with freezer; washing machine; oven; mosquito net in the kitchen; air conditioning in all rooms; Wi-Fi.

Sea-view terrace with a covered porch equipped with a small sofa, a table, and deck chairs; small garden with outdoor shower and foot wash; uncovered parking space.  
  
Important Notes:  
\- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid  
\- only small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of € 30.00  
\- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)  
\- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site  
\- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
