A lovely little house with a large loggia for exclusive use overlooking the valley and the sea is available to our customers, in the true heart of the island: among the many surprises of Elba there is this incredible place within the Tuscan Archipelago Park. A much loved location for those seeking tranquility, breathtaking views and for hikers, don't miss the path to reach the Fortress overlooking this gulf, the oldest on the island, which rises as if by magic on a promontory 395 meters high on the sea ​​level. You will be comfortable both for reaching the northern side of the island, with the beaches of the white coast of Portoferraio, and the eastern side of the shining coast, with the inlets that from Rio reach up to Cavo, and that of Capoliveri with its small coves and its sandy beaches. You will be 600 meters from the center of the village of Rio nell'Elba.

Small house with valley view and sea view with large exclusive courtyard in the true heart of the island, 600 meters from the center of the village of Rio Elba, with private parking space, immersed in uncontaminated nature.  
We won't lie to you, this structure is suitable for those who love nature and those who want to experience a 360° full immersion in it. We are in a place full of charm, mystery, history and breathtaking views.  
Inside the Tuscan Archipelago park, we offer a charming cottage with 2/4 beds. A much loved location for those seeking tranquility and for hikers, don't miss the path to reach the fortress overlooking this gulf, the oldest on the island, which rises as if by magic on a promontory 395 meters above sea level . The 50 m2 house is located on the first floor and is spread over one floor, accessed by an external staircase. Internally it consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, hallway with French bed, large master double bedroom, bathroom with shower cubicle.  
The location of the house is ideal for mountain bike and hiking enthusiasts, being 2 steps from Volterraio and its famous paths. The strong point of the house is its large covered and uncovered courtyard, with a view of the valley and the sea in the background.

\- Animals are not allowed  
\- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
