### Capo d'Arco - Le Mimose Trilocale - Capo d'Arco

Capo d’Arco is a private residential complex within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. It stands on the Cannella promontory, along the road from Porto Azzurro to Rio. It contains luxury villas, seaside homes and apartments of the highest quality, all enjoying communal amenities including swimming-pools, tennis courts, 5-a-side football, beach volleyball, bars and restaurants, a convenience store, a children’s playground and leisure areas for entertainment and relaxation. There are also a variety of trails through natural surroundings both inside the property and leading to neighbouring areas, which can be used on foot or by bike or motorbike.  
Entrance is restricted to guests only and there is a reception service. The pools and common facilities are open from June 1st until September 30th.  
The apartment features a spacious and bright living area with a modern and functional kitchenette, a master bedroom elegantly furnished, and a twin bedroom with paintings reflecting the color of the Elba sea. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. A highlight of the apartment is the livable balcony, furnished and offering a sea view, perfect for enjoying enchanting panoramas and moments of outdoor relaxation. The accommodation also includes free Wi-Fi, essential for staying connected during your stay, and also two portable air conditioners that will guarantee ideal temperatures even on the hottest days. The pools of the Capo d'Arco complex and the common facilities are available for guests from June 1st to the end of September.
