Newly renovated and with brand new furniture, the apartment overlooks the rooftops of the village giving a special and relaxing view. The terrace is private and exposed to the southeast. Inside large living room with kitchenette (induction hob, fridge with freezer, electric stove; comfortable dining table, double sofa bed and TV corner. Comodo fra l'altro che sono arrivato a Portoferraio e ripartito da Rio Marina e ho potuto gestire comunque comodamente la consegna delle chiavi in quanto l'agenzia ha sede in entrambi. L'appartamento è in posizione centrale, nonostante Rio nell'Elba sia comunque un piccolo paesino arroccato e quindi per arrivarci ci si insinua un po' fra le varie viette e cunicoli. ho apprezzato la tranquillità e il poco caos (io sono andato a inizio Luglio). L'appartamento è attrezzato del minimo indispensabile, considerato che comunque chi sceglie questa soluzione si attrezza in autonomia. Consiglio di chiedere preventivamente all'agenzia se manca qualcosa, il phon ad esempio manca e noi ce lo siamo portati. Letto comodo, ambiente silenzioso e riposante. Non c'era wifi (a me non interessava) Cons: Raggiungere l'appartamento non è purtroppo comodissimo perché i parcheggi più vicini richiedono comunque almeno dieci minuti a piedi, il più vicino tuttavia è nella piazzetta centrale ma consente una sosta di soli 60 Min , però per un carico scarico bagagli è il più vicino. Consiglio all'agenzia di chiarire un po' meglio come orientarsi coi parcheggi del posto. L'appartamento era fedele alle foto, si vede che è stato rinnovato tuttavia secondo me l'annuncio parla di tutto nuovo e in alcuni punti invece si vede un po' di usura (trascurabile per carità). Un po' scomodo invece discorso immondizie, se ne avanzano bisogna portarle via in autonomia ai cassonetti giù al porto di Rio Marina, francamente penserei a un'altra soluzione perché capisco non accollarsi le immondizie altrui ma non mi è mai capitato un discorso simile.
