Apartment for couple or up to 3 people, airy and quiet, 300m from Arcos da Lapa, cultural and bohemian Rio de Janeiro, in the best point of the Center region.  
Functional studio in Lapa, strategically located for TOURISM and BUSINESS, less than two blocks from Arcos da Lapa.  
  
Ideal for those who come for vacation to two or even for those who come to Rio to work, as it is very close to the Center (less than 15 minutes walking to Cinelandia).  
  
Cozy, this apartment sleeps 2 PEOPLE (BED BED) in the mezzanine, and a 3rd person in the single sofa bed.   
  
Amid the cultural events of Lapa, this apartment is quiet, as it is on a high floor (9th floor), from the back to Francisco Muratori street.   
Very clear and airy, it receives natural light all day (morning sun)

Easy access on foot to TOURIST POINTS such as: Arcos da Lapa, Staircase Selarón, Cinelândia, Metropolitan Cathedral, Cecília Meireles Room, Public Tour, Largo da Carioca, etc.   
  
Less than 15 minutes walk from CINELAND, where cultural attractions such as THEATER MUNCIPAL, NATIONAL LIBRARY, MNBA, CCJF, THEATER RIVAL, etc.  
  
At the foot of the neighborhood of SANTA TERESA, with buses to go up the corner. For those who enjoy urban walks, walking up the streets of Francisco Muratori and Joaquim Murtinho is a beautiful walk, with beautiful buildings from the early 20th century on the way to Largo do Curvelo.
