The 5 melanated staff members (restaurant/concierge/bellhop) I interacted with during my one week stay, were respectful, attentive and always ready to assist in any way. The rest of the hotel staff was rude and dismissive. Couldn’t help but notice the difference in treatment based on your skin tone. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that wants the full hotel experience. It’s good enough. Not great.

I am disappointed with the facility. While I was there they were having issues woth hot water, and Rio for a change was 60F. Moreover, I asked for some silverware to eat some yogurt, and rhey charge me r$11 to lend me a spoon, even though the value isnt big, it is a cheap move for a 4star hotel.

Great hotel, perfect location and great value for the price. The rooftop is beautiful for drinks , spend sometime in the sauna and pool and enjoy the group. I would totally recommend Leme Hotel to my friends!

Location is great and staff was great!
It was very safe feeling and the staff was good with getting us what was needed. The parking situation was not great at all. The food was sub par. The suana was broken but they were willing to set us up with a local place nearby if it was requested. I would stay again if the price was the same.

Had a room on the 18th floor. After first night’s stay, was awakened at 6am to loud thumping noise above. When inquired about, front desk said it was a “helicopter”. Found out it was the fitness center above. Was moved to another room the following night only to awakened by loud construction on the street. Nothing offered or done for the inconvenience which was not related at booking.

We have been there multiple times and are loyal customers. Arrived from a long flight with no bags and my dad in ICU. Asked for early check in and staff was rude.wanted to charge me for early check in. Very ineficiente checkin and asked me for documents multiple time. Checkout experience also rude and terrible. Total disappointment. Unsure if I will ever go back, nothing like VIP treatment, quite the opposite, treated like a no one, ZERO consideration for our loyalty or situation.
