In earlier times, the pretty thatched house, on the edge of the forest, served as the county's hunting lodge. Today you can spend a relaxing vacation here with your loved ones, relax. On two floors you can make yourself comfortable, enjoy a crackling fireplace and simply come to rest. The bright rooms invite you to linger on the sofa, play cards or whip up your favorite dishes in the separate kitchen. My partner got very sick with COVID the night before our stay but we could not get in touch with property manager. We arrived to a very precarious, old farm road that was flooded. There were no instructions about the route. Inside, the house was about 8C / 40s F. The radiator heaters did not work!! There was a very musty odor. Also a constant beeping coming from somewhere. There were no towels or linens provided, despite not advertising that. We could not stay there due to no heat and no bedding. and had to book hotels. Despite filing a complaint 7 days ago, we still haven’t heard back. It’s a creepy place that may be okay in warm summer months, but not during other months. ##### tresa u.
