Outdoor dining, Bocce Court, Full kitchen, BBQ, advanced internet setup w/ multiple ISP's, Smart TV, private 15x25’ pool, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, washer & dryer. Linens, sheets & bath items provided. Walk to Steps Beach & restaurants. The house is equipped with solar in the event of a power outage. It also has well water so that there will never be a water outage at the house. A/C & ceiling fans in every room. The Space: This privately owned house is centrally located, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The kitchen is fully stocked to make meal preparation a breeze. Please take a short walk through our organic garden to get to Steps Beach, where you can enjoy world-class snorkeling or surfing. This house sleeps a MAXIMUM of 6 guests. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the house The Neighborhood: Safe neighborhood, good for families Getting Around: You can easily walk to many restaurants, bars and food trucks as well as the center of town. Also within walking distance are manet activities such as horse back riding, sailing, paddle boarding, surfing, fishing, and scuba diving. Other Things to Note: The house is located on road 413 and there can be some roadside noise in the front of the house. The house has solar power and well water so there will never be a water outage. We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days) Exceptions to the rule apply We are located on the western point of the island. We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce. To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ. Interaction with Guests: I'm available 24/7 if you need anything. The house was GREAT and just as pictured so you can book with confidence that you get exactly what you see. Everything from booking to checkin to checkout was seamless. The pool area was just fantastic. Really fantastic! Location was just slightly removed from downtown but still very close. The one thing to know is there was a bit of road noise especially at night and all of us found the mattresses a bit too firm for us but everyone likes something different and some will love them! The only con was the quality of communication from the management company during the stay. But overall I’d book here again and recommend others do as well. ##### Amy H. The area is 100% chill and laid back. The home, inside and out has everything you need! I loved reading about Leon, the property owner in the Welcome Guide. We would absolutely stay here again!! We will have to come back outside of summer so we can enjoy the garden and stand next door, I was sad it is closed for the summer but it makes sense. I walked to town every morning to get coffee from the corner bakery, and the locals are all so nice. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay on our first, but definitely not last, visit to Puerto Rico! ##### HEATHER C.
