We had a very good experience. The beaches in front of the condo were great with the beach to the North and South also very nice. There were a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance. Our son recently moved to Rincon and this was our first visit. We loved being able to walk down to the beach and having access to the pool. Also loved having a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel equipment accessible to us. Everything worked great in the unit (especially the AC). Could have used more silverware (we had two steak knives) and maybe a cookie sheet or something we could have used in the oven.
