### Oceanview Family Suite with Jacuzzi on Corcega Beach

Take it easy at this unique and great getaway. Suite 204 at Corcega Beachfront Suites has a plush queen size bed, two twin beds, a luxurious bathroom and quaint kitchenette. The best part is the beach view from the private balcony. It is on the second level floor!  
  
\*\*Please note that the pet fee is charged per pet.  
  
Corcega Beachfront Suites are tastefully decorated with the discerning traveler in mind, featuring plush bedding and stylish decor. It's the perfect choice for those who appreciate the finer things in life and is equipped with solar panels.  
  
\*\*Please note that the pet fee is charged per pet, and date changes carry a $50 admin fee.  
  
\*\*We have umbrellas, towels, and beach chairs available for rent.  
1\. Boats or Jet Skies parked inside the Complex are not allowed.  
2\. Only 1 car is allowed per apartment and it must be parked in its designated area. The use of nearby parking that does not belong to your rented area is prohibited.  
3\. Birthday or party activities are not allowed unless authorized by the administration.  
4\. Pets must remain within the perimeter of their rented area, under the immediate reach and control of their owner.  
5\. The owner of the pet is responsible for immediately picking up the biological waste of their pets within the rental area and in the surroundings.  
6\. Loud noises, music, social gatherings or any activity that constitutes a bother to the neighbors after 11pm is prohibited and the radio volume must be keeped low during the permitted hours.  
7\. Garbage and any waste must be deposited in bags before placing it in garbage cans or drones.  
8\. If you exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment you will incur penalty of $25.00 per extra person per night for the full stay.  
9\. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments  
10\. Do not move or remove kitchen utensils, sheets or towels from the cabins.  
  
If we call your attention for any violation of these rules and the situation continues and it is necessary to call your attention again for the same situation, you will have to leave the complex without the right to reimbursement for your stay.

#### Amazing view

We were greeted immediately outside and was given assistance to get inside our condo. We loved the view and the condo was very clean. The condo was well equipped with basic daily essentials which included bathrobes, lounge chairs and upon request a hairdryer and an iron.The bed was extremely comfortable! There is a generator incase of a power outage. We would stay again. We found all of our questions were answered in minutes with by text or in person.
