Enjoy a wonderful holiday at one of the best locations in Malaga, Rincón de la Victoria, next to the beach, where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, beach bars, bars and cafes.   
  
The apartment for 4 people, distributed in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, a terrace with sea views and an independent kitchen, is located just 150 meters from the beach, a virgin beach, where the promenade continues to preserve an area of land, as in the past, but at the same time, the modern promenade has a wide range of restaurants.   
  
The town of Rincón de la Victoria is well known for maintaining a very mild average temperature, where winters are not too cold or too hot during summer. Walking from the apartment, you can access a large supermarket just 5 minutes away, the beach just 2 minutes away and public transport less than 50 meters away.   
  
Without a doubt, it is an apartment for a family or two couples of friends, who wish to enjoy a comfortable stay, close to the beach, with a magnificent terrace for evenings at any time of the year and with access to public services, just leave the apartment.
