You have your own private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view out over the swaying coconut palms that are between you and the tranquil bay. . A gas grill is also on the balcony your use. We have our own well but also provide bottled water for your use. Housekeeping is once per week. The ocean is a few steps away through our beach gate. Enjoy sitting on the beach or under our private palapa that is a few feet away from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs. We also have two kayaks and a paddle board for guests to use. Our heated pool and pool deck is a great place to experience the sunsets that this area has to offer. This apartment is on the third floor of a private villa. It is part of a gated two villa and guesthouse property that is also for rent. We are located in a residential community that is between two towns that are a 15-20 walk away. They each offer a variety of restaurants and food markets. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a 8 min walk away.
