Great location right on the beach. It’s like a block away from a main avenue that has lots of stores and restaurants. There were 2 issues we had with this stay. The main issue was they didn’t give us the room that we paid for through Expedia. We paid for the sea view room and they gave us a partial sea view. Their explanation was that Expedia doesn’t list the rooms properly. We did agree to another room. They did not offer a refund for the price difference I paid for that room. 2nd issue was the brown blankets are thin and don’t cover the bed enough. The AC works extremely well you may need to keep it low.

Great location, quiet, food was delicious, friendly staff, and clean. Bed was too hard as well as pillows. Plastic bed cover under sheets and pillow covers. Staff accommodated with mattress topper. Enjoyed our vacation regardless!

me gusto la ubicacion a la mitad de la ciudad y que todo estaba cerca. no me gusto que se sentia mucha inseguridad en el lugar. mucho del personal no tenia buena actitud, los bartenders muy mala actitud y una muy limitada variedad en las bebidas, ni cerveza, no sabian como preparar los cocteles, vi mucha gente tirando las bebidas y quejandose de ella y de su mal sabor al igual que yo que no me gusto la mayoria de las bev=bidas que pedi. en el restaurante la variedad de comida muy limitada, me toco varios de los platillos no muy buenos y la barra de snacks no muy buenos tampoco. la limpeza de las habitaciones fatal, el bano negro enlamado oloroso, aun con cabellos del cliente anterior, las paredes manchadas, las camas duras y basura abajo de las camas

I loved the proximity to the ocean and to the main street markets. The buffet food was too much the same and if staying for more than one week would get extremely boring. Suggest more Mexican food options (burritos, tacos) and more protein options from pork and chicken. While some have to have burgers and fries, I was hoping for more seafood and Mexican food options. We found other restaurants outside of the resort much more to our liking. Seems a shame when you are paying for all-inclusive. Also, it would be nice to have wine options besides red and white.

The resort and beach were nice, and the staff were very friendly. However, the food options were limited and less than stellar. There were no snack options after the buffet hours. The bed was extremely hard and they never replenished the water in the room. We would have to go to the reception desk daily to get water bottles, which is not convenient. Considering the cost of this resort I had expected higher standards.

I definitely not recommend this hotel. They took advantage of our family member’s reservation that was booked as 1 person and charged them another $600 usd. The restaurant was awful and drinks were terrible.

I’ve been to many different areas in mexico, many times, and I’ve never had such a TERRIBLE experience at a resort. Our poor experience initially started when they said we had to pay an extra $600 CAD before checking in or else my partner would have been left to sleep in the street. We paid significantly more than the other two couples we were with just so we would not be stranded in mexico with nowhere to sleep. The rooms themselves are pretty clean however, there was no hot water and the beds were like springboards. The pool is in the middle of the building so there is zero sun therefore, we spent most of our time on the beach. The one bar they have on site only ever had one bartender and the drinks were extremely limited. There is only one restaurant on the premises and it isn’t open for a large portion of the day, leaving you with nowhere else to eat. The staff (especially the manager) we’re quite rude. I could count on one hand the number of staff that were actually kind and helpful. The two other couples we stayed with also had an incredibly poor experience. I would never recommend this hotel. I’ve never written a negative review but this was such a bad experience that I wanted to warn others. Do not stay here!!!

However, it is worth mentioning that the reservation was made for only one person with a King bed, at the time of check-in the payment of the additional person is requested since it was not in the original reservation.Likewise, the hotel has 2 restaurants available, the Costa Canua restaurant that offers buffet service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a wide gastronomic offer available so that our guests can choose between international and authentic Mexican cuisine. The Ídolo Moro restaurant is also available, offering snack service every day from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and some weekdays it works as a specialty restaurant with a Fish and Seafood menu for dinner.The hotel has 3 bars available (Lobby Bar, Pool Bar and Fragatta Bar) with hours from 9:00 am to 1:00 am offering a menu with approximately more than 200 types of national and international drinks.In advance we offer a sincere apology for the inconvenience, actions were taken to offer a better service. We reiterate our commitment and interest as a hotel company in providing a quality service for the complete satisfaction of our guests.We hope that in the not too distant future, you will give us the opportunity to receive you again and make you feel all the warmth and excellent service that characterizes us as part of the Decameron Family.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. The open bar did not have any warm drink at night, no limes for drinks. parking was difficult however staff assisted and guided where to go, that was great. tour/ticketing assistance I did not see. The shops were walkable distance. I would recommend this place.

Belle hôtel, nourriture très bonne. Le personnel de l’hôtel sont merveilleux et très gentil. Pas de stationnement à l’hôtel mais facile sur la rue. Il manque un réfrigérateur dans la chambre.

Todo fue muy agradable
En general fue bueno lo único qué hay que mejorar son los baños las cortinas son de tela y hace que el agua salga y se moje el baño sería mejorar poner alguna deslizable para evitar accidentes caídas etc , así como poner más variedad en los alimentos , y poner un estacionamiento propio del hotel ya que mencionaban que era el de los cocos Decameron pero esta muy retirado del hotel y no ofrecían traslado ni nada de un punto a otro en general eso fue lo único pero la estadía fue muy agradable, los empleados atentos y amables

El personal muy amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo, lo que no me gusto es que no tiene estacionamiento y la alberca estaba muy fría porque fui a principios dd Marzo y todavia no es primavera y no tiene calefacción, de todo lo demas Excelente hotel y cuartos limpios, muy rica y variada comida.
