Independent villa surrounded by greenery with great privacy. Excellent finishes and suitable as a representative villa for business meetings and for a holiday with family or friends.
Despite being located in a quiet area it is within walking distance of all services. The bus line passes 30 meters from home every 30 minutes and takes you to the center of Rimini in 10 minutes. The Rimini fair is only 5 minutes away by car (about 3 km)

Stunning property!
Our family had a great stay. The property was superb. It was beautifully appointed and very clean. Our host was attentive, considerate and always willing to give us great advice on the best restaurants.

Amazing house!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was truly amazing and the outdoor space was so perfect. We had big family dinners out by the pool, relaxing morning with coffee under the pergola. The whole week was just perfect!

Family reunion
We had a week-long family gathering for Mom's 92nd birthday - with 4 generations present. Clean and spacious, the villa accommodated all of us comfortably. The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions.

Fantastic stay
We had a fantastic week staying at Luca's luxurious villa. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 kids. Especially the kids loved the well maintained pool area and we spent many nights preparing and enjoying dinners in the barbeuqe area next to it. Location is great, 5 min drive to the closest supermarket and not much longer to the beaches of Rimini. Luca was a wonderful host willing to help whenever needed.

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist super groß und besitzt einen schönen Garten mit Pool und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auf den Fotos im Inserat ist alles zu sehen, was das Haus bietet. Einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit Gastgeber Luca. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Selten haben wir solch eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft wie dieses Ferienhaus gefunden! Vom ersten Moment an waren wir von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre und der liebevollen Einrichtung begeistert. Die perfekte Mischung aus modernem Komfort und rustikalem Charme hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, der tolle Garten mit Pool und die erstklassigen Annehmlichkeiten haben unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Jeder Raum war liebevoll gestaltet und makellos sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die gut ausgestattete Küche, die uns das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten zum Vergnügen machte. Aber das Highlight war definitiv der private Außenbereich mit einem malerischen Blick, um morgens einen Kaffee zu genießen oder abends den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal, da wir sowohl die Ruhe der Natur als auch die Nähe zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten (ca. 15km) genießen konnten. Wir möchten dem Gastgeber herzlich für seine Gastfreundschaft danken – wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und darauf bedacht, sicherzustellen, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein verstecktes Juwel, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

Für den Preis was besseres erwartet
Ich war ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht von Montag bis Samstag 4000€ viel zur viel, ich vergleiche dise Objekt zum gleichen Preis ein Jahr zuvor in Croatien ein Unterschied wie zwischen Himmel und Erde. Hier kann ich leider nur 2 Sterne geben aber auch nur weil ich anders gewohnt bin in Croatien hab mich gefühlt wie in einer 5 Sterne hotel . In Italien schmutzig schlechte billige Betten ein ganz schlimmes blumen Geruch dieses Blumen gibt's leider um Haus überall am Anfang haben wir Kopfschmerzen bekommen bis man sich bishien daran gewöhnt. Die Schränke in Wohnzimmer wo die Gläser aufbewahrt sind riecht richtig Alt eklig. Das Dach bereich genauso stinkig. Vielleicht für anderen ist in Ordnung aber wie gesagt wir sind anderes gewohnt.
