"The hosts were weary friendly and helpful. We stayed at the cottage for a week in early August and loved every moment of it. "Das Haus wurde mit dem Beschrieb trotz der Abgeschiedenheit gut gefunden. Super Lage am See. Im Haupthaus ist alles gut eingerichtet. Die Hinweiskommentare (u.a. für die Heizung, Wasch- u. Abwaschmaschine) wären parallel in englischer Sprache nützlich. Im "Saunahaus" hat es ebenfalls Schlafgelegenheiten und eine kleine Kochgelegenheit, leider aber kein WC und keine Dusche. Der Schlüssel oder wurde nicht vorgängig zugeschickt, konnte aber telefonisch (nur zu Geschäftszeiten) erfahren werden."

"This house was just wonderful, we had a great week, 4 adults and 4 kids. loads of space in the house, playing on the large veranda, picking berries in the woodland outside the cottage, spotting wildlife, and of course swimming, boating and saunas! The lakeside sauna was great, well worth it we had a lovely afternoon hanging out here one day. The photos don't do this place justice I think, it was really lovely. Well stocked too. Very quiet.Host friendly and helpful but relaxed and unobtrusive."

"Hotel in great location, situated on the shore of Jyväsjärvi lake in the middle of university campuses. 20 minutes from local airport. Very comfortable and practically furnished rooms with an excellent view of the lake (I recommend choosing a room with a private sauna, it's really worth it). Good breakfast, the hotel restaurant is also good. What is really brilliant, is the very nice and helpful reception staff, who will give you comprehensive information about local transport, sights, and will recommend a really great local restaurant (Kissanviisket, you must visit). Jyväskylä has very nice Alvar Aalto museum, Central Finland museum and, nearby in Tikkakoski you will find the Finnish Air Force Museum. "
