"The property needs an upgrade, it was a hot day. The air conditioning barely blew any air. Thank goodness the window opened after dark. I asked for 2 more pillows and I was told 2 pillows per person. (I did end up getting 2 more pillows), I had to argue to get them. "

"No cold water and when we informed reception they said they will send someone the following day, we only had a night there and so they literally didn’t care and so we had to use the showers of another room as we we’re travelling together. "

I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever...

"Very helpful staff. In a very run down area. Pretty sure the pic of the hotel is photoshopped Room was tiny and dark. Barely room for bags. No cups or jug. "
