« We loved our weekend stay. We found an amazing restaurant at the end of the block. There were a lot of bars at the other end. The bed was super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs which was specified in the listing. The biggest downfall was the parking. There was nothing listed before booking about no parking so that was a surprise, however in the email the property manager sent prior to arrival it did let us know where free street parking was located about 5 blocks away. All of us were adults, but the room that is set up for children is adorable and has lots of books and toys for them. We didn’t have a pet, but the downstairs was clearly pet friendly. « Great location ... everything downtown is within walking distance...Riverwalk, shops, awesome restaurants and rooftop bars!The efficiency was great for the two of us. Be aware that there are stairs to navigate to get up to the rental units and then again within the unit (bedroom and bathroom are on different levels within the unit) This wasn't an issue for us but might be for some renters. We would stay here again when we visit Wilmington in the future. »
