You enter the five-star holiday home through a courtyard, which you can use, of course, alone and undisturbed. There you have the possibility, in fine weather, to drink a glass of wine on the terrace, or simply to relax by candlelight, for example after a sauna session. On 13\. 02\. 2017, the house with 5 stars according to the criteria of the German Tourism Association e. V classified. The house has been completely renovated and refurbished. A second bath is completed in November 2016\. The barn was converted into a living room and a garden with a terrace was created. The romantic living room with cuddly sofa and several armchairs and wood burning stove offers everything you need for a wonderful evening. A large TV with DVD player and W-Lan should not be missing, a radio with Bluetooth, board games and a desk are also at your disposal. In the house there are 3 individual bedrooms, each with its own character. So there is the romantic blue room under the roof, the big green room, and the pink room. Each bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 mx 2.00 m as well as a wardrobe or chest of drawers. The two bathrooms each have a bath, a shower, toilet, a vanity, a hair dryer, a make-up mirror, towels, bathrobes and an atmosphere to feel good. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a beautiful place to enjoy food. Finally, we offer you in the vaulted cellar a Finnish sauna and in the outdoor area a large terrace, including garden furniture and barbecue. A washing machine and a dryer are available for free in the vaulted cellar. We hope that we have left nothing to be desired and if Just tell us! Feb 4, 2016 #### Leben, wie Gott in Frankreich Wir haben mit Freunden ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende in diesem mit Bedacht restaurierten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir wurden (trotz Verspätung) von Linda und Ihrem Mann sehr herzlich empfangen und mit ein paar regionalen Leckereien überrascht. Wegen des schlechten Wetters haben wir viel Zeit vor dem flackernden Kamin verbracht und die Sauna genossen. Das Haus hat eine besondere Atmosphäre, vor allem die ehemalige Scheune, umgebaut zum Wohnzimmer, mit ihren belassenen alten Steinwänden, versprüht viel Charme! Die Bilder geben einen guten Überblick, können das Besondere dieses Hauses aber nur optisch wiedergeben. Die Tips zum Essengehen (z.B. die Eifeler Seehütte, fußläufig vom Haus entfernt) waren sehr hilfreich. Aber auch gemeinsames Kochen macht in der gut ausgestatteten und gemütlichen Küche besonderen Spass. Die Gegend ist gut geeignet, wandern zu gehen (markierte Wanderwege quasi vor der Haustüre) und es gibt viele nette Dörfer, Burgen usw. zu besichtigen. Und man schläft hier Dank der guten Betten und der frischen Luft ganz ausgezeichnet. Also, wir werden das Ferienhaus Lemontree unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen und danken Linda noch mal für den netten Kontakt ##### Birgit K. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Hinzu kommt die nette Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Ein schöner Ort, um von dort aus die Eifel zu erkunden, ob zu Fuß oder auf gut ausgebauten Straßen mit dem Cabriolet. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
