Set on a private acre with stunning views of the Cimarron Mountains the home is just minutes from Orvis Hot Springs, Ridgway State Park, and charming downtown shops and restaurants. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces and room for everyone to relax and unwind. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional expense of the guest. •STR Permit #004064 Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. The layout was perfect with lots of space, plenty of rooms/bathrooms/bedding/towels/kitchen supplies. Very family and kid friendly. The property needed batteries in every smoke detector and some screens in windows, but other than that it was a great basecamp for us. The place was roomy and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. It was easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The directions and information in the house were very clear.We did have some problems locating the house as it has a long driveway.
