"Our room wasn’t ready when we got there and there was taco bell and trash everywhere, we had to wait for a new one. The roofs were coming off, there was no pool or hangout area all covered and nasty. And the place smelled like smoke. When we got into our room the pillows were small and flat like everyone had used them. The balcony door had a hole in it to open it and it still wouldn’t open. There were stains on the sheets we had a fitted sheet to cover the bed. and when we asked for toliet paper we only got it after we asked again. And definitely pet friendly you can see that."

"Great location, easy to get to USC campus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Property and room was clean and comfortable. Parking $10 per day but you could come and go - there were spaces but a little tricky to get in and out of if you have anything larger than a sedan. Overall great stay!"
