This home is a terrific place to come back after a fun day out at the Rez or a walk on The Trace or to just hang out and chill.
The house is very comfortable and offers everything you will need to hang out and BBQ or bring your take-out in. The back deck is three-tier and has lots of seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped - dishes and cookware plus glassware. You have a large refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and 12-cup programmable coffee maker.
You will get a great night's sleep on the memory foam mattresses on each bed. The bathrooms offer soaps, shampoos, shower gels, hair dryers, plush towels, and all paper products.
We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.
No boats or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked at the house.
The guests do not have access to the private neighborhood pool. If the guests are found in the pool or within the pool gate, they will be asked to leave without refund.
**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $200. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**
We do have some rules in place:
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or event.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.
MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
