Hello,Your concern was the size of the room. Every individual has a different perception about it, and we can not do anything about it even if we wish. We also offered you another room, but you declined that. When we declined for the refund, you created a big scene, accused us saying illegal activities were going on in the hotel; and provoked the other guests who came to check in. When all this didn’t help you, you threatened us to call the police and complain about the illegal activities. When we said you can call the police, you never called them. We have the cc tv recording of all these. If you think some illegal activity was going on, why did you not call the police? If such activity was really going on, the police would have helped you get your refund. But you knew that you were lying to get your refund, and that you don’t have anything of such sort to tell or show the police, as no such illegal activity was going on. Also, our staff never said anything about the illegal activity as mentioned by you. Everything is recorded on the cc tv camera. You have misused social media. We do not have any illegal activity going on, neither do we allow such activity at our hotel. We are very serious about it and work proactively to prevent it.
