« L’accueil, le service et la propreté étaient au top! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien pas très loin de NY ville, et il est surtout bien desservi niveau transport en commun. Le seul hic, les portes de l’hôtel ne sont blindés donc on entends tout ce qu’il se passe, il y’avais beaucoup de bruit des gens qui parlaient super forts. Les personnels sont très sympa ! Je recommande cet hôtel :) »

Il y a des familles entières qui vivent dans cet hôtel et nous avons croisé des squateurs et junckies. L’ascenseur est en panne depuis toujours apparement et vous devez monter vos valises seuls. Nous avons eu l’impression que les gens au dessus faisait du trampoline et ce pendant toutes les nuits de notre séjour au point que nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel pour la fin de nos vacances. Après plusieurs réclamations à la réception( 1h00am, 3h00am et 8h00am) car ce cirque durait depuis 3 nuits déjà le personnel a rien voulu faire et était d’une très mauvaise fois. ( Greg ).
