There were male cleaning staff who were slamming doors everytime they went in to a room . I asked for a late check out they asked me how long I needed I asked for an hour and rudely said the would give me 30 minutes. Hotel wasn’t busy at all. Also the Starbucks only being open from 6-10 am was disappointing .
