I didn't like the continental breakfast was so weak! The was very little variety of fresh fruit available. Otherwise the stay was delightful.

Very clean, quiet, reasonably priced hotel located in the Richmond Metro area. The hotel is a minute drive away from an abundance of retail shopsnand restaurants. The staff was extremely professional.

Clean, pool, breakfast included, helpful staff, comfortable beds. Location is near many restaurants, shopping malls, movie theater, etc. easy access to roads leading to tourist spots as well.

This hotel really needs an overhaul… walls in the room were dirty, which I realize is a strange issue. Bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice, though, so there’s hope!

Easy to find coming off 64. Parking is fine and well lit, beds are clean, comfortable and pillows are fluffy. Clean hallways and elevator.

Property was great for an overnight stay passing through. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Property easy to access. AC unit very loud in room every time it kicked on. Building is suffering from many needs for updates in rooms highlighted by wall patches that were unpainted, empty hooks, etc. No problem for an overnight stay but perhaps unpleasant for an extended stay.

Nice stay. Enjoyed the pool. The property is a little challenging to get to though. It's on a main road but several minutes off the interstate coming from the north.

Hot tub drained …. Pool looked dirty… walls around hotel all scuffed up… hallway misssd mildew … found 2 hairs… one on sink and one on bedspread…. Safe inside would not work…. Nosey at night guest slamming doors Will not stay at Wingate again… should have stayed Drury Plaza like I’ve done in past…. Not an overall clean facility … felt I got robbed with money I paid to stay there ….
