The nine units are designated as tourist homes licensed by the city of Richmond. It's off I-64 exit 193a, in a quiet and upcoming new development residential area. A short walk to the newly built Bon Secours Hospital Complex, it is less than 2 miles drive to the Richmond downtown area, home to many museums, events and conferences, and of course, popular restaurants and bars. The 1-bedroom apartment includes a set of washer and dryer, a pullout sofa bed, a full kitchen and 2 TVs. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Our default rate is set up for 2 people staying. We rely on the honesty of guests for entering the correct number of staying guests. You need a code to enter the building, then another code to enter your apartment.
