This charming, studio-style basement apartment is full of personality and ideal for couples, small families, solo travelers, or remote workers—and yes, your well-behaved pup is welcome, too. Inside, you’ll find an intimate open layout with stylish comfort and vintage charm. Unwind in the cozy living area with a leather sofa, armchairs, Roku TV, decorative fireplace, and reading materials. A great three-four hour tubing or kayaking float runs from Pony Pasture put in to Reedy Creek, both less than 3-9 minutes away from this home. Texas Beach, a popular local hangout on the James River, is just over the bridge on the north side. You’re only a ten-minute drive to The Fan, Carytown, and Museum District.
