You will be a short 20-minute walk or a 4-minute drive to the Richmond Mall, Queen Street & Washbourne Gardens, as well as within walking distance to tracks in the Richmond Hills & Silvan Mountain Bike Park. The Richmond area of Tasman/Nelson is a great location to base from for your adventures:
