My experience was not the best At all the front desk receptionist called my room. Her name was Helena and she stated that my card was declined so of course I go downstairs to get things sorted out and I explained to her that she was trying to run my card for a second time and she goes and puts her hand up in my face and tells me that my card was still being declined. I ended up having to give her permission to speak to my banker so that way she would understand she was running my card for the second Time, she was very disrespectful and rude. She made me feel less goes on to say my account was overdrawn and of course I know that my account was not overdrawn but instead of her admitting she was wrong she blamed it on the person who checked me in. When I walk away to finished checking out of my hotel room, she then yells down the hallway that she did call her manager, and the manager told her to call me? I will never stay at this hotel again because of the way I was treated by the front desk. She had no customer service skills or knowledge how to handle a situation like this already ran my card and received the funds. She claims it was because whoever checked me and put it in as a credit card and not a debit card, go figure 🙄 But she apologize for her nasty attitude or her poor customer service skills.
