Cozy Cabin with fireplace, hot tub & hiking trails

Our original log cabin with pool, hot tub and gardens provides the perfect family get away! Located on Quaker Hill right next to a retreat center, you'll see our horse (Brimstone) grazing in the pasture behind the cabin and have access to trails leading to a beautiful waterfall. The Historic Downtown and Depot Districts are both just a mile away or you can visit Earlham College or explore the Antique Alley nearby.

Peaceful

It’s secluded and peaceful. We had a very nice time. The pool and the hot tub were perfect. The cabin was fun!

Beautiful property

The property is amazing. Pictures do not do the gardens justice. The visiting horse and friendly cats were a plus. The pool is cloudy and needs more frequent cleaning than the weekly service due to its location under trees. The outdoor furniture also needs cleaning as do the dishes in the house. But you will hardly notice because the gardens are so well maintained and the hot tub works amazing.

Rustic for sure

The cabin had a musty smell. The fireplace smelled like wet wood. Even though I had told the owner/manager that I had an allergy to smoke she didn't mention this smell. The kitchen felt dirty. Dishes cracked. Old sponge to wash dishes with. The garden was beautiful. The hot tub was nice but also felt dirty. The cats and horse were friendly. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
