We arrived during a severe thunderstorm and were offered an early check in - an unexpected, pleasant surprise. It was a warm and friendly reception. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast make-your-own waffles were tasty, and eggs, sausage, cereal, yoghurt, and limited fruits were also available. A very nice one-night stay.

I don’t know about the rest of the hotel but I stayed in room 226. The bed was as hard as a ROCK. I’ve been more comfortable on the ground while tent camping. The toilet did not seemed like it was bolted to the floor and was like sitting on a rocking chair. There was no make up mirror and the vanity was VERY high and VERY wide. I’m 5’6” and I had to stretch on my toes to get close to the mirror for makeup and contacts. The door hinge hardware on the bathroom door was discolored and rusty. The place LOOKS relatively new but if that’s true it was put together the fastest and cheapest way. I’m going back to the Ashland/Hanover area again and will not stay and the Country Inn and Suites.

Very close to I95 but very quiet especially after a long day on the road. Gaz & restaurants very close. Have fresh coffee ready 24/7. Beds were very comfortable. Property was very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff at check in and check out were super friendly and fast. The hotel is very clean and modern and this is our 2nd stay at this hotel and this is our go to when we're headed to the races at Richmond Raceway. We will be back!

We arrived to discover the hotel was nearly empty - after a big event had ended - so we had a very quiet (!!) stay. The hotel is in great condition, though the sink in our room is damaged. Why we were put in this room is a mystery to me, when the facility occupancy is so low.

Good basic clean room, the usual breakfast, but set apart for me by the great front desk staff guy who went out of his way to accomodate my request for a quiet room, away from elevators etc as well as as far as possible from the noise of I95 which is not far from the back of the place.

Breakfast is great with nice options. Staff is very friendly especially that we can in at 12:30am and 2:00am. The stay was so wonderful going down to Florida that we made sure to stay there on the way back!

Perfect hotel on the I-95 corridor
Absolutely perfect place to spend the night after driving down I-95 all day, on my way to FL. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and breakfast is included... Perfect!

Needs some TLC
For the most part the hotel was clean and welcoming. My issues were 1. Neither of the telephones worked and was not addressed in a timely manner, so I relied on my sell phone. No big deal. Then when leaving the room the door would not latch. Appeared to be closed but when I would go to make sure it was locked ,it would push open. Had to do several times. Reported issue.
