The university Inn is an old Comfort inn and the property is in need of an update. Holes poked in the cupboard door. Bathtub poorly cleaned, heating vents covered in black dust, light switch in the bathroom did not work well probably because the plastic switch had a hole melted in to it. Overall I was not impressed and would not recommend this place.

Desk person was not friendly. He was on his cellphone. We tried to explain that the ice maker wasn't working in our floor and he just argued with us. Our room had hair in the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke! No coffee

Staff was courteous and helped us find restaurants. Breakfasts were very good, but I really wanted some biscuits to go with the gravy. Thanks!

This is an older property and is in need of a complete overhaul. Needs a paint job and lots of plumbing upgrades with regard to the bathroom. I am not sure why but it always seems like there is someone smoking pot in the area of the hotel.

There was a giant chunk of hair on the shower wall from previous guests. Tons of dust everywhere black mold looking material in the bedroom and upon shutting the door a plastic cover fell off the wall revealing a hole in the wall. We alerted the hotel of the issues and they did nothing and even after a crew cleaned they missed all the items mentioned. There was no standard cable and channels were fuzzy. Only 1 remote but there were two tvs which made one tv unusable. Was severely disappointed and would like a refund. I have pictures to show some of the issues.

The outside and lobby were very nice. The greeting and check in was also very good. The room was disgusting. There were blood marks on the shower curtain, dead bugs, dirt on the baseboards and stains over the walls and carpet. Beds/linen were clean, which after a 9hr drive, was all I needed for the 1 night stay.

Only employee i saw was the one who checked me in and that was the only time i saw him. Tv seemed to not have good service, as it going in and out. Remote for tv qas broken and missing battrey cover. Shower faucet was not properly working.

Very nice hotel, the room was clean but the curtains needed to be replaced. They were torn and soiled from the heating vents. The bottom of the curtains hung just above the heating vents and collected dirt from the vents. Maybe the vents needed cleaning as well. Overall it was a nice stay. The breakfast was delicious!
