Location, location, location. Come enjoy your home away from home in historic Richmond, Virginia. Close to downtown, UR ,VCU and many wedding venues.This lovely, renovated colonial two story home is comfortable & conveniently located. It has four spacious bedrooms( all have closets) with hardwood floors. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, two other room have full size bed .There are TV's in 3 of the 4 bedrooms all new 2020/2021 .Plenty of space in rooms that have actual beds & designed as bedrooms. ( there is a nice sleeper sofa on 1st floor if needed )There are two & 1/2 bathrooms. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and there is seating for 2 at the eat in kitchen. Upstairs there is a separate study with a desk. Having grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants within a few miles saves time and effort. The convenience of private & off-street parking eliminates the hassle of trying to find parking "nearby " security system, nice appliances, & new 2022 washer/dryer .2023 microwave will add to your peace of mind . Throughout many months of the year you will be able to enjoy the outdoor deck and brick patio in the fenced yard that is peaceful / quiet. We strive to provide a nice home in a convenient/ location. Exactly what we were looking for…
We needed a place to stay while in town for nephew’s graduation. This house was the perfect solution! Location was just 10 min from the family we were visiting and less than 5 min to grocery and coffee. Very sweet older neighborhood. Very convenient and cozy home.

Perfect location for attending our son's graduation from University of Richmond. Pleasant, walkable neighborhood. Short distance to a grocery, the University, and restaurants. Lots of space, including a formal dining room. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Check in & out was easy. Would stay again.

The house was great and just like described. The beds were a little hard but manageable. More instructions on how things work (like the gas stove top) would be helpful. Overall a great house in a great location!

Came from Wisconsin with family for our daughters graduation. House was great amd perfect for us. The location is just a short 10 min drive to downtown and campus is a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space is nice and we spent evenings sitting on the patio.

Richmond Getaway
We traveled to Richmond for our anniversary and to take our son to the race. The location of the home was PERFECT! We walked many places and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The fenced yard was so nice to have for our two dogs. They loved enjoying the outdoor space with us. We can't wait to go back again!

We enjoyed our stay in Richmond very much. The home was cozy and clean. Great quiet neighborhood which was a great jumping off point for all our various Richmond destinations. The host graciously checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Our family enjoyed our time together in this home!
